The critical care team is under the direction of anesthesiology and surgical faculty from the Trauma Unit.  The entire team includes Anesthesiology, surgery, residents, medical students, pharmacists, administrative staffs, and a large group of highly skilled and dedicated nursing staff.

We are highly responsive to pain management in patients and incorporate techniques of specific nerve blocks and continuous intravenous infusions of analgesic drugs in our anesthetic protocols and during recovery from anesthesia. Our anesthetic management incorporates state-of-the-art equipment including anesthetic gas analyzers, capnographs, blood pressure monitors and mechanical ventilators.
