Package rate is the lump sum cost of in-patient treatment for which a patient has been referred by competent authority of BSNL to hospital. Package rates does not include diet, telephone charges, TV Charges and cost of cosmetics, toiletry, tonics and medicines advertised in mass media.

BSNL patients are not entitled to avail Cashless facility for Out patient procedures. Cashless facility is provided for inpatient procedures on producing valid permission letter and BSNL medical ID Card for planned admission. Incase of emergency the same has to be produced at the earliest. |
